   Your cottage is close to the lake and allows you to witness a spectacular sunset every evening. You'll find everything you need as your cabin comes fully equipped. Each includes a fully equipped kitchen with gas cook stove, oven/broiler, utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, etc. and full size refrigerator. All cabins now have wireless internet.

WHETHER IT BE ONLY TWO HUNTERS OR AS MANY AS 20 IN YOUR PARTY, EVERYTHING FROM YOUR GUIDES AND EQUIPMENT, YOUR HUNTING AREAS, YOUR CABIN, TO EATING YOUR MEALS AROUND YOUR GROUPS OWN HUNTING SCHEDULE IS ALL CENTERED AROUND YOU!!.

   Meals are mouth watering, healthy served out of one of the cleanest kitchens you'll find in the northwest. Accommodations and meals are important in helping you to relax and enjoy your Canadian Hunting trip on the Lake of the Woods. After bagging your daily limit of ducks, why not do some grouse hunting. Or try your hand at some fantastic fall fishing. All this based out of our great hunting lodge. We have built a world class sauna traditionally finished and wood fired, it has been a great place to relax after an evening meal.

Great Country Cooking and Fun Times
   Our main lodge/dining room is a gathering place for our guests. A portion of the lodge is the first original log building. This served as both the office and home for the founders of Lecuyer's. Beautifully handcrafted, it stands as a testament of both the hard work and the quality that has earned Lecuyer's Tru Tail Lodge an established reputation of hospitality. You'll find many fine exhibits of wildlife mounts, old documents and artifacts from the 30's, 40's and the 50's. A very cozy, warm, and friendly place overlooking Sabaskong Bay. It is exclusive to our guests only.

   The addition of our new five star kitchen rivals gourmet kitchens anywhere! Your meals are prepared by chefs who create very tasteful and unique north woods cuisine using only the finest aged beef, grade A turkeys and chickens, and the freshest fruits and vegetables. You'll also enjoy our very own fresh baked breads, buns, pies and a large variety salad bar. Quite simply some of the finest foods in the north woods, in both quality and portions.

   You can also enjoy your favorite team on our big screen television, enjoy a game of darts, or have a cold beer and pizza while listening to a tall tale or tell a few tall tales of your own.

   Here at Lecuyer’s Tru Tail Lodge we believe in quality. All our foods are made from scratch and our meats freshly cut. (except turkeys and chickens) You'll find no steam table here! We want your stay to be relaxing and you not have to worry about tight meal schedules. So we have provided a very liberal meal schedule for both breakfast and dinner.

BREAKFAST

  For your morning meal order off an open full menu. Including all juices, teas, coffee, milk, pops etc. Hot off the grill and cooked how you like it. Now that’s the way Grammy use to cook it.

LUNCH
Fresh made sandwiches, including homemade cookies, soft drinks, and coffee.

DINNER

   Start off with a couple of complementary dinner cocktails, visit our fine salad bar complete with fresh baked breads and buns, then enjoy one of the finest meals around.
